little girls
So, here we are again....another huge gap between entries. Not because I haven't had things to write about but because summer is so super busy and I got a new laptop and couldn't remember the email address to the blog. What a loser, RIGHT!?! I can't tell you how many people I wouldn't be able to call, email or text if it weren't for "favorites" online, a contact memory on my phone and google. Technology is making me use my brain less and less.
So, I am back and the question on my mind is, "What would a little girl do to our family full of boys?"
Well, for starters, i would have to come up with a new name for my blog. My soon to be craft room would turn into a very pink girl room (that could be fun). I would get to go shopping and buy (not just look at the little girl clothes)
It would throw a lot of things off, some for the better, some for the.....less than better. For instance, I don't think I would be able to yell at a sweet little girl. Adam wouldn't be able to for sure. that would be good and bad at the same time. It would make 5 or 6 more years before all of the kids were in school and I could start thinking about going back to school and getting y degree. The boys all want a sister soooooooooo bad.
I think when the kids are older, I might have a hard time if I don't have a daughter to hang out with, to shop with, to have call me with parenting advise when she is a mom.
I am thinking about this because I have been told probably 10 times in the last week or 2 that I need a little girl. Who is to say if we have another (which I have mixed feelings about also) that it wouldn't be another little boy. Babies are little blessings from heaven and if we are supposed to have more, we will and we will get what we are supposed to have. But, it is something to think about.
How would your life be different in a lacking kind of way if you didn't have your kids? Or nieces and nephews or whatever it is you have.
